Who runs this site

This site is run by Marion Delaporte, promoter of Saber-Hacer, a company being set up in Málaga.

Contact: marion@saber-hacer.com · +34 680 833 235.

The tax number and registered address will be published here once the company is incorporated. Until then Saber-Hacer sells nothing and takes no money.

What the site is for

saber-hacer.com presents a marketplace of workshops, pieces and commissions by vetted artisans in Málaga. While the company is being set up the site is a preview: you can browse artisans and workshops, apply to sell with us and ask to hear when we open, but you cannot book or buy.

The demo at saber-hacer-marketplace.vercel.app shows example artisans, workshops and pieces, with Stripe test payments in which nothing is charged. Nothing booked there exists.

Content and intellectual property

Saber-Hacer's texts, brand and design belong to its promoters. Each artisan's photos and texts are theirs and are published with their permission. The demo's photos come from Pexels and are used under its licence.

You may not copy or reuse this content without permission, except to quote it with a link.

Point of contact and reporting content

For users and authorities, the single point of contact is marion@saber-hacer.com, in Spanish or English.

If you see something illegal (a listing, a photo, a review or a message), write to us with the link, why you think it is illegal, your name and your email. We review it, tell you what we decided and why, and let the person who published it know too.

Artificial intelligence

English versions of listings, profiles and messages are machine-translated with Claude, by Anthropic, and carry a "Machine translation" mark. Artisans can write their own English, which replaces the translation. We do not use artificial intelligence to make decisions about you.

Governing law

This site is governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
